Like, actually picking the items that you need and forget about the rest that you do not need.

The Bay Cosmetics VIP Gala
This is my bag after a night of browsing around. I paid for the Chloe EDP, and I got. . .all these. Gotta love The Bay. love love love.
Jeff rocked the night with his covers on Coldplay and afew other songs. Awesome voice, awesome smile. So adorable^^
the Coquitlam fire department was once again making an "appearance" for the ladies and raising money for the Coquitlam chariable foundation. They got the skills, got the look and got the heart. Can't blame the ladies for falling head over heels for them.
Talk about reception. Everyone got a huge gift bag as soon as they walked in. Seriously displaying their VIP theme right here.
So as I have mentioned, I was at the Givenchy VIP lounge drinking fine cocktails and being sprayed all over with their perfumes. But yes, before I got overdosed by the fine fragrances, I did manage to go around and got some nice shoppings done. Actually, I only bought one thing: Chloe EDP. The other stuff?? Oh, they were gifts. ^^ How lovely^^

GIRLTIME ENCHANTED GALA @ The Bay Coquitlam
"DON'T under-estimate THE BAY." Period.
It is not only Canada's first ever trading company, it was also the bridge between two ethnic groups back in the Grade 10 Social Studies chapter 2, being literally named after an actual bay, and a secret shopping heaven for the younger generations of beauty queens and fashionistas.
And being the Queen B of all department stores across Canada, THE BAY just couldn't wait for Christmas to arrive. And so they bought in their own. Not one, not two, but ALL locations are having a Gala on DIFFERENT dates. So unless you are not getting yourself ready for the mother of all holiday seasons, these THE BAY GALAs are a great event to attend because not only you will receive VIP treatment, there is rarely a counter that doesn't do the gift with purchase offer.
( MAC, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden, Clarins, Adrien Arpel, Wellness, Dior, Channel, Shishedo, Clinques, Biotherm, H2O, . . .they are all doing the GWP. I'm sure I missed out a couple by accident lol)
Besides this one, there are other department stores that will also have their pre-Christmas galas/parties/VIP pre-show/blah blah blah. So hold your wallets, ask the sales people what will be happening, and buy it during these special events. It is also a great way to get your friend together on a fun night out by dressing up a bit and give each other a second opinion on the products that you will be purchasing. Two brains are better than one, not to mention the more the merrier.
